Blog 3: Did Obama supporter vote 6 times in 2012

Fox news published an article on friday 2-22-2013 about a woman named Melowese Richardson, who possibly voted 6 times. The article starts out by stating
The Obama/Biden lawn sign remains proudly planted in front of Melowese
Richardson's Cincinnati home, three months after the presidential election.
Richardson told a local television station this month that she voted twice last November. She cast an absentee ballot and then voted at the polls as well.
"Yes, I voted twice," Richardson told WCPO-TV. "I, after registering thousands of people, certainly wanted my vote to count, so I voted. I voted at the polls." she goes on to say "I'll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama's right to sit as president of the United States," Richardson vowed when asked about the voter fraud investigation that is now under way. Authorities also are investigating if she voted in the names of four other people, too, for a total of six votes in the 2012 presidential election. This is a horribly written article, to first start with the title, I think a more proper title would be " Woman tears apart a country in multiple voting". Never once in this article does it state that it is an actual Federal crime to vote more than once. It is like Fox News should have gave this woman an award for voting more than once alluding to her remaining proud in the article in the face of fraud with her bold statements that were previously mentioned. In truth, voter fraud tears this nation apart. this woman proudly takes away all of our votes and our voices of which our nation was built on, and so does Fox News.
A recent study by the Pew Center on the States found that as many as one in eight voter registrations were inaccurate, out-of-date, or duplicates.  Approximately 2.8 million people were registered in more than one state, and as many as 1.8 million registered voters are dead.  The Pew report argues for modernization of our registration system and better communication between states.  In the meantime, the chaos and inaccuracy of the current state of affairs simply provides more opportunities for electoral fraud at the point of registration. In West Virginia, a candidate admitted to filling out and voting multiple absentee ballots for himself, while other allegations in absentee ballot fraud from around the country include everything casting multiple fraudulent votes to buying and selling them or even ripping up and throwing away ballots for a rival candidate in an article of the Hawaii reporter. The article ends by stating "voter fraud undermines public confidence in democracy". I think this takes away all American's freedoms and rips our political system apart, this article should have been written with more justice to Americans, not injustice to our freedoms. The public should be known that there is a maximum of up to 10 years in Jail and up to     10,000 dollar fine. come on Fox, really.
